New Jersey's State Health Benefits Plan spending problem

It's Halloween, and the scariest thing for NJ is the out-of-control spending in the State Employee Health Benefits Plan.

Even with staggering premiums, the plan can't keep up with rising expenses.

"The bill would let the head of the Division of Pensions & Benefits temporarily move money from the health benefits fund to the dependents premium fund and employer health benefits fund if there is less than 10 days’ worth of funding available."

Good news though, rebates are up unexpectedly 😒
